What are the procedures to be able to put in a permanent basketball goal at my house?
In-ground basketball goals are allowed, however first need to be submitted to the ARC Committee for approval.  Please submit an ARC application along with the dimensions of the goal and cement slab.  You will also need to submit a photo and survey of your home indicating where you will be installing the goal.

Please refer to the architectural guidelines on basketball goals for specifics. You may find that and the application online at www.sevenmeadowslive.com under the HOA Library tab.

Do I need to complete an Architectural Modification Request Form for landscaping?
Backyard Landscaping – If you are planting trees and shrubs that will eventually grow over the 6ft fence, you will need to submit an ARC application.

Front Landscaping - You may modify your front landscaping, however major changes will need to be submitted for approval. i.e. changing your front trees or different shrubbery.  Addition of flowers does not need to be approved.

What do I need to do if I want to install a shed in my backyard?
installing a storage shed in your backyard.  I have attached the Architectural Control application that You will need to submit to a.king@pmghoutston.com once completed.  You will need to specify the location by submitting a survey of your home, along with materials to be used, photos, and dimensions.

The iron fence facing the golf course is in need of repair. Is there a community contact and what do I do to repair it?
Regarding your wrought iron fence in the backyard, as the homeowner, that would be your responsibility for the upkeep of it.  Unfortunately we are not in the business to quote pricing for caulking and repainting a wrought iron fence.  You may refer to your documents regarding the iron fences.

The tree in front of my house is dying. Do I have to get permission to remove it?
Thank you for contacting us regarding proper procedure for removing a dead tree.  You may remove your tree; however you must have the tree replaced.  If it is dead, then you do not need approval for it, as long as it is the same tree.  If you want to replace it with a different tree i.e. a palm tree, you will need to submit an Architectural Control application for that.

The street light is out, what can I do to get it turned back on?
Go to Community Links on the website and then to Centerpoint Energy link.

You will need the number on the light pole.

Thank you for helping the community stay bright at night!
