SM Kids Play area Mulch Replacement - Community Update: Over the past few weeks, several residents reached out asking about the status of the playground mulch replacement. I’m happy to share that the project is now complete, and the kids’ play areas across the neighborhood have been fully refreshed with new mulch to enhance safety and comfort for our little ones. Thank you to everyone who checked in and stayed patient while the HOA team worked behind the scenes to coordinate the process and move the project forward. Your engagement and support truly help strengthen our community. Sharing a few photos from the Central Park play area so families can see the improvements.

In light of a serious safety concerns around 6262 Katy Gaston Road, the traffic patterns, and risks to the pedestrians and SevenLakes High School and Seven Lakes Junior High students, on behalf of the residents of Seven Meadows, a plea was made to the Precinct 1 Commissioner requesting preventative actions be taken.
The HOA is pleased to notify that a response was received from Fort Bend County Engineering, Traffic Department that -- A design for a traffic signal at the intersection of Katy Gaston Road and Summerset Ridge Lane is near completion and getting ready for bidding. Progress will be monitored and reported on this site.
