Deposit: $250 to hold your event date- will be given back after your event pending an inspection for damage
Rental Fee for Residents: $75/hr
Rental Fee for Non-Residents: $100/hr
- starts accruing when your guests arrive and ends when your guests leave
Admin Fee: $15/hr
- starts accruing when you come in to set up and ends when you leave after clean up (continues during your event as well)
Cleaning Fee: $100 flat fee

Entryway: The entryway has high ceilings and dramatic archways perfect for decorating for your event. We
are very flexible with nixing any furniture or decorations you may not think fits the atmosphere for your event.
Event Room: Our event room is 23 feet by 24 feet and has window access to the kitchen. There are two
sets of doors leading to outside that can be left open for easy access to a patio with cover dining and the
Meadow. We do provide tables and chairs: five 5 foot round tables, six 6 foot rectangle tables and
50 chairs. This room holds around 50 comfortably while the whole Clubhouse can accommodate 75-
100. This room can be used for events, or a variety of classes during the week.
Conference Room: Just off the Entryway is the Conference room. For meetings, the table sits 12 and has
a TV where you can connect your device for movies or presentations with our Apple TV. For events, the
tables can split into two to allow for additional seating for your guests.

If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, you must sign the appropriate form and secure an officer to attend the party which is generally $35-$45 per hour.
